Adiciónese el artículo 512-10 al Estatuto Tributario:

Artículo 512-10. Bares, tabernas y discotecas cualquiera fuera la denominación o modalidad que adopten. Para los efectos del numeral tercero del artículo 512-1 de este Estatuto, se entiende por bares, tabernas y discotecas, aquellos establecimientos, con o sin pista de baile o presentación de espectáculos, en los cuales se expenden bebidas alcohólicas y accesoriamente comidas, para ser consumidas en los mismos, independientemente de la denominación que se le dé al establecimiento.
