El homicidio y las lesiones causadas fuera del caso previsto en el Artículo anterior, la violencia carnal, el incendio y en general, los actos de ferocidad o barbarie cometidos por los piratas en el curso de sus actividades, traerán consigo la respectiva responsabilidad y las sanciones correspondientes se acumularán jurídicamente con las de piratería.
