TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 3. Los fondos que se recauden a virtud de las disposiciones de este decreto, serán enterados en la Administración principal de Hacienda nacional del Estado respectivo, con destino a subvenir a los gastos que ocasione la organización, subsistencia, equipo i movimiento de las fuerzas militares mandadas levantar en él por cuenta del Gobierno nacional, a cuyo efecto los Presidentes o Gobernadores de los Estados podrán ordenar los pagos a cuyo servicio se destine este fondo.
