Cuando quiera que el proceso de obtención de leche en polvo sea discontinuo, una vez ;higienizada, homogenizada y concentrada, deberá ser inmediatamente enfriada a temperatura inferior a 10ºC., en tanques especiales para este propósito, distintos de los utilizados para la leche cruda.
