Art. 46. En las obras anónimas o seudónimas, se tendrá por propietario al editor, quien ejerce, como cesionario todos los derechos de propiedad hasta que el autor pruebe su calidad de tal. Descubierto el autor, continuara subrogándose al editor en posesión de los derechos que le correspondan.
