Las antigüedades náufragas a que se refiere este Decreto son las que se hallen en el mar territorial, definido en los artículos 39 y 4º de la Ley 10 de 1978, en la plataforma continental, identificada en el artículo 1º de la Ley 9a de 1961 y en la zona económica exclusiva a que se refieren los artículos 7º y 8º de la Ley 10 de 1978.
