º . Dirección y administración del Fondo. Las funciones de dirección y administración del Fondo Ambiental para el Desarrollo Sostenible de la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, estarán a cargo del Ministro del medio Ambiente, quien las ejercerá de acuerdo con las políticas que para el efecto fije el Consejo Decisorio del Fondo. Las funciones de administración y dirección del Fondo podrán ser delegadas en el Viceministro del Medio Ambiente.

Parágrafo

La Secretaría del Fondo será ejercida por el funcionario que designe el Ministro del Medio Ambiente y cumplirá las funciones que le determine el Consejo Decisorio del Fondo.
