Facultad de verificación de origen. La Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales podrá adelantar verificaciones de origen con el objeto de determinar si una mercancía califica como originaria. Para ello aplicará los mecanismos dispuestos en los acuerdos comerciales vigentes, los que acuerden las Partes o los que prevean las disposiciones nacionales.
