Los funcionarios o empleados públicos que actúen o den curso a los memoriales o documentos extendidos en papel sellado con violación de lo prescrito en el artículo anterior, incurrirán en las sanciones establecidas por los articulos 22 y siguientes de la Ley 20 de 1923 , según el caso.
