ARTICULO 133 . Si quien tenga a su cargo el proceso encontrare que se ha incurrido en alguna irregularidad, procederá a subsanarla. Podrán subsanarse los actos irregulares, verificados en el curso del proceso siempre y cuando no se hubieren violado los derechos y garantías del funcionario investigado, ni se hubiere menoscabado su derecho a la defensa.
