Prestaciones Por Incapacidad Absoluta

Prestaciones por incapacidad absoluta. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que sean retirados por incapacidad absoluta y permanente o por gran invalidez tendrán derecho

A percibir una pensión mensual del ciento por ciento (100%) pagadera por el Tesoro Público, liquidada con base .en las partidas señaladas en el artículo 101 de este Estatuto;

A que se les pague por el Tesoro Público, por una sola vez, la indemnización que fije para el efecto el reglamento respectivo y

Al auxilio de cesantía y demás prestaciones que les correspondan.

Parágrafo

Si la incapacidad o invalidez fuere adquirida como consecuencia de hechos ocurridos en misión del servicio la indemnización se aumentará en la mitad.
