Parágrafo

de este artículo, los distritos y municipios ejercerán las funciones establecidas en el Decreto-ley 78 de 1987 que mediante Decreto 1555 de 1988 fueron trasladadas a la Superintendencia de Sociedades.

Parágrafo

Dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la vigencia del presente Decreto, la Superintendencia de Sociedades adoptará las medidas tendientes a hacer efectiva la entrega real y material de los respectivos expedientes, así como de las peticiones en curso.
