Adiciónese Un Parágrafo Al Artículo 2

Decreto 962 de 2018 · Por el cual se adiciona el Título 11 a la Parte 11 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Hacienda y Crédito Público, relacionado con normas de buen gobierno aplicables a organizaciones de economía solidaria que prestan servicios de ahorro y crédito, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Parágrafo

al artículo 2.11.10.2.2 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

Para el cumplimiento de lo previsto en el presente artículo, el consejo de administración y la junta de vigilancia actuarán de manera independiente y exclusivamente bajo el cumplimiento de las funciones que corresponden a cada órgano. La junta de vigilancia actuará con sujeción a las funciones establecidas en los artículos 59 de la Ley 454 de 1998 y 2.11.11.6.2. del Decreto 1068 de 2015”.
