Artículo único. Continuará cobrándose, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley 32 de 1881, el impuesto fluvial a razón de $ 0-50 sobre cada carga de ciento veinticinco kilogramos de peso $ 4 por tonelada que suba o baje el río Magdalena en toda clase de embarcaciones a excepción de la carga que vaya destinada a la exportación, que sólo pagará $ 0-20 por carga de ciento veinticinco kilogramos-$ 1-60 por tonelada--y de los efectos exonerados del impuesto por el artículo 1.° de la Ley 77 de 1887.
