Anualmente, durante los meses de enero y febrero, los Departamentos, el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, las Intendencias y Comisarías y los Municipios, así como sus entidades descentralizadas deberán enviar al Departamento Nacional de Planeación una información sobre los planes y programas que pretenden realizar con recursos provenientes del crédito interno. Para tramitar los créditos es indispensable acreditar que se presentó la información a que se refiere este artículo.
