º La Dirección del Fondo Nacional de Proyectos de Desarrollo (FONADE) estará a cargo de una Junta Directiva y de un Director Ejecutivo, quien será su representante legal. El D rector Ejecutivo del FONADE será el Jefe de la Unidad de Proyectos Específicos y Crédito Externo del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, cargo que como consecuencia de lo anterior no estará sujeto a las disposiciones que regulan lo relativo a la Carrera Administrativa.
