º. Traslado de las obligaciones pensionales a cargo del Fondo . De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 130 de la Ley 100 de 1993, el pago de las pensiones a cargo del Fondo, será asumido por la Nación a través del Fondo de Pensiones Públicas del Nivel Nacional-FOPEP.
