La Dirección General de Marina reglamentara las condiciones y pruebas que deban llenarse para los ascensos del personal de Clases, Marinería y personal de tropa de Infantería de Marina.

Parágrafo

Los ascensos del personal de Clases, Marinería y tropa de Infantería de Marina serán conferidos por resolución de la Dirección General de Marina.
