Art. 1 .° Autorízase ampliamente al Gobierno para fijar la inteligencia definitiva del contrato de compraventa del Ferrocarril de Bolívar y sus dependencias, entendiéndose con el comprador, para terminar todas las diferencias que hayan ocurrido entre las partes contratantes, aunque para hacer esto tenga que convenir en modificaciones que estime convenientes.
