º Si alguno de los concurrentes ocultare un libro o lo devolviere repelado, se le enviará inmediatamente con el Agente de servicio y con nota remisora a la Policía Nacional, exigiendo su inmediato castigo y el pago de los daños causados. Además, quien una vez haya incurrido en estas faltas, no volverá a ser admitido en la Biblioteca.
