°. Objeto . El presente decreto tiene por objeto dictar normas en materia de orden público, publicidad electoral, equilibrio informativo, apoyo a sufragantes con limitaciones físicas, para el normal desarrollo de la elección de Consejos municipales y locales de juventud del próximo 5 de diciembre de 2021 y se garanticen los derechos y libertades individuales, en especial, el derecho a elegir y ser elegido.
