Destinatarios De La Convocatoria

Destinatarios de la convocatoria. Podrán presentarse a la convocatoria los investigadores activos colombianos residentes en Colombia, los investigadores activos extranjeros residentes en Colombia y los investigadores activos colombianos residentes en el exterior. Estos últimos recibirán los estímulos sólo en proporción al tiempo que permanezcan en Colombia dentro dela vigencia de la respectiva convocatoria.

Parágrafo

El investigador podrá ser presentado por una entidad, por un grupo de investigación o por él mismo. No podrán someter su candidatura para participar en la convocatoria, investigadores que para la fecha de apertura de la misma, tengan vínculo laboral con Colciencias o lo hubieren tenido dentro del año anterior.
