°. Modificase el numeral 5 del artículo 2.4.1.1.5 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "5. El Representante Legal de la cooperativa multiactiva original o escindente, podrá ser miembro del Consejo de Administración de la nueva cooperativa de ahorro y crédito o financiera. Los empleados y miembros de la Junta de Vigilancia y del Consejo de Administración de la cooperativa original o escindente, no podrán participar en forma alguna en las actividades de la nueva entidad, tales como administración, gestión y vigilancia".
