º Autorízase al Gobierno para celebrar un nuevo contrato en condiciones convenientes a la República, y para el efecto se abrirá una licitación por el termino de cuatro meses, durante los cuales se publicará en el interior y en el Exterior el respectivo pliego de cargos, que se ajusten a las disposiciones de la presente Ley.
