La Junta Directiva de que trata el artículo anterior estará constituida por un representante del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social; un representante del Ministerio de Salud Pública; un representante de los trabajadores; un representante de los patronos y un representante del cuerpo médico, con sus respectivos suplentes personales. Los representantes de los Ministerios serán designados conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 20 del Decreto ley número 3130 de 1968.
