Intervención directa de la entidad otorgante del subsidio en la ejecución de los proyectos. La entidad otorgante del subsidio familiar de vivienda de interés social rural, podrá intervenir los proyectos y ejecutarlos directa o indirectamente, cuando se presente una o varias causas que según su criterio impidan la normal ejecución de los mismos. La entidad otorgante del subsidio establecerá las causales para tal intervención por medio de acto administrativo de su Junta o Consejo Directivo.
