La suma mencionada en el artículo anterior se dedicará íntegramente, con la intervención del señor Gobernador del Departamento de Boyacá y de los departamentos técnicos de construcciones escolares del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, a la reparación, ampliación y modernización del edificio de propiedad de la Nación, en donde funciona el Colegio de Boyacá, ubicado en la ciudad de Tunja.
