° El artículo 31 del Acuerdo número 025 de agosto 11 de 1977, quedará así: "Articulo 31. De la inspección crediticia. La inspección de los actos y contratos que celebre la Corporación cuando obre como entidad financiera la cumple la Superintendencia Bancaria, sin perjuicio del control fiscal que ejerce la Contraloría General de la República a través de la práctica de visitas periódicas a la Auditoria Interna de la Corporación de conformidad con el artículo 23 de la Ley 20 de 1975".
