ARTICULO 16 . Programa de Supresión de Empleos. - La supresión de empleos o cargos, en los términos previstos en el artículo anterior, se cumplirá de acuerdo con el programa que apruebe la autoridad competente para ejecutar las decisiones adoptadas, dentro del plazo de doce (12) meses contados a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto.
