Surtida la notificación de que trata el artículo precedente, dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes, el interesado podrá interponer por escrito y con expresión de las razones en que se funda el recurso de reposición, ante el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines. El Presidente del Consejo decidirá dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes, el recurso mediante providencia motivada, contra la cual no procederá recurso alguno por la vía gubernativa.
