Aprópiase de los ingresos y recursos fiscales del Tesoro de la Nación, determinados en el artículo anterior, la cantidad de doscientos cuarenta y cuatro millones setecientos cuarenta y cinco mil seiscientos once pesos con setenta y cinco centavos ($244.745.611.75) moneda corriente, para atender durante la vigencia fiscal comprendida entre el 1° de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 1947, a los gastos del Gobierno Nacional, distribuídos entre los Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, así:
