ARTICULO 143 . CONDICIONES DE LOS ASCENSOS. Los ascensos del personal de Oficiales, Suboficiales y Dragoneantes del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria Nacional, se conferirán con sujeción al lleno de los siguientes requisitos, de acuerdo con las vacantes existentes

Tener el tiempo mínimo del servicio efectivo establecido para cada grado;

Adelantar y aprobar los cursos respectivos;

Acreditar aptitud psicofísica certificada por la Caja Nacional de Previsión o su equivalente;

Concepto favorable de la Junta de Carrera Penitenciaria;

Aprobar la evaluación y calificación de acuerdo con el reglamento;

Los demás requisitos establecidos en el presente decreto.
