Si no se presentaren los peritos o testigos en el momento de la diligencia y el asunto fuere de tal naturaleza que no deba demorarse la práctica de la misma, el funcionario de instrucción la practicará, sin perjuicio de presenciar el reconocimiento que deben hacer después los peritos.
