º Con el fin de garantizar el adecuado cumplimiento de su objeto por parte de las Sociedades de Comercialización Internacional, el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior cancelará la inscripción a que se refiere el artículo 20 numeral 6o del Decreto 2350 de 1991, cuando las autoridades pertinentes determinen violaciones a los regímenes cambiario, de comercio exterior o aduanero por parte de las sociedades, sin perjuicio de las sanciones establecidas en las demás disposiciones legales.
