º . La distribución del reaforo del Situado Fiscal, correspondiente al sector educación, conforme con lo dispuesto por el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 19 de la Ley 60 de 1993, se deberá realizar de acuerdo con un plan de ampliación de cobertura, que tendrá en cuenta la población potencial por atender en el sector educación, definida como la población entre 3 y 15 años que no asiste al servicio educativo.
