Créense los Comités de Evaluación del Instituto Nacional de Vías y del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales, cuya función es asesorar al Director en la evaluación de las propuestas que se presenten para la adquisición de vehículos, maquinaria y equipos. Los comités se reunirán cuando sean convocados por su Presidente, de sus reuniones se dejará constancia en actas que llevarán la firma de sus respectivos miembros.
