Funciones de la Junta de Licitaciones o Adquisiciones. Corresponde a la Junta de Licitaciones o adquisiciones del Fondo

Estudiar los programas de adquisiciones y compras para atender las solicitudes y necesidades del DAS y del Fondo;

Examinar los pliegos de condiciones, analizar las propuestas y recomendar a la Gerencia las adjudicaciones respectivas, según las prescripciones del Decreto 150 de 1976 y las que lo reformen; adicionen o reglamenten, y

Emitir concepto en compras o adquisiciones cuyo valor sea o exceda de cien mil pesos.
