El manifiesto de aduana será revisado antes de su pago por un funcionario aduanero designado al efecto por el Administrador. Dicho funcionario responderá de la debida revisión de las operaciones aritméticas ejecutadas por el liquidador, y estará en la obligación de llamar la atención del Administrador de la Aduana a toda irregularidad que revele transgresión de las leyes o reglamentos. El revisor no dará el pase al manifiesto sin la previa aprobación del Administrador. Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 25/10/1984
