º ando la asignación básica mensual de los empleados públicos a quienes se refiere este Decreto sea igual o inferior a 7.000,00, dichos empleados tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de un Auxilio de Transporte en cuantía de $170,00 mensuales. No habrá lugar a este auxilio cuando la entidad preste el servicio de transporte a sus empleados.
