°. Adicionar al artículo 4º del Decreto 1477 de 1986 el siguiente

Parágrafo

3º En los institutos docentes de básica secundaria y media vocacional de jornadas nocturnas donde no existan áreas técnicas, el representante al Comité del Fondo de Fomento de Servicios Docentes, será, reemplazado por un educador del área académica.
