Efectúense las siguientes adiciones en el Presupuesto General de la Nacion para la vigencia fiscal de 1997, en la suma de dos billones trece mil novecientos cuarenta y ocho millones ciento noventa y seis mil setecientos seis pesos moneda legal ($2.013.948.196.706), según el siguiente detalle:
