Declárase de utilidad pública la porción de terreno existente en la población de Piendamó, cabecera del Municipio de Tunja, en el Departamento del Cauca, comprendida dentro de los siguientes linderos: por el Norte, calle pública; Oriente, el lindero interior del templo parroquial y la Casa Cural, hasta salir a la calle que desemboca en la carrilera del Ferrocarril del Pacífico; Sur, la carrilera del mismo Ferrocarril; Occidente, calle transversal entre la carrilera mencionada y la urbanización nueva sobre terreno que fue del Municipio.
