Los Agentes de buques serán responsables a la Empresa por cualquier demora que hubiere por parte de éstos en el recibo de la carga de exportación. Cuando la demora en el caso de ser injustificada pase de una hora, se pagará por ella a sazón de $ 10 por hora.
