ARTICULO 3° El auxilio de que habla el artículo segundo de la Ley 104 de 1938, se concederá de preferencia a aquellos Municipios en donde estén funcionando centros de protección infantil y materna, con la orientación que determina el presente Decreto, y que suministren terreno adecuado para la construcción del edificio e incluyan en su presupuesto una partida cuyo monto no deberá ser menor de la mitad del valor total de la obra. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
