Artículo sexto. Si, por razón de las pruebas e informaciones a que el presente Decreto se refiere, no se confirmare la elección o nombramiento con la debida oportunidad, o, confirmado el nombramiento, no se posesionare el titular en la fecha en que deba empezar a funcionar el respectivo Tribunal o Juzgado, la corporación correspondiente procederá a designar el reemplazo en interinidad.
