De la exportación. El interesado en realizar actividades de exportación de especímenes de la fauna silvestre obtenidos en virtud de la caza comercial, deberá tramitar y obtener el permiso correspondiente ante el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, de conformidad con las normas que regulan la materia.

(Decreto 4688 de 2005 artículo 12).

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible designará los puertos marítimos y fluviales, los aeropuertos y otros lugares para el comercio internacional de especies silvestres.
