° Una vez adquiridas por la Gobernación de Cundinamarca las zonas urbanas a que se refiere el artículo primero de este Decreto, se procederá, por medio de escritura pública, a hacer al Municipio de Puerto Salgar la cesión de los terrenos correspondientes a las calles, plazas, mercado público, alcaldía, escuelas, cementerios, etc., que deban ser propiedad del citado Municipio, conforme a las leyes.
