Los Fondos tendrán un Gerente con uno o varios suplentes, elegidos por la Junta Directiva, para un período de dos (2) años, sin perjuicio de su libre remoción en cualquier momento, de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes del Código de Comercio.

El Gerente será el representante legal del Fondo y tendrá a su cargo la dirección y administración de los negocios nacionales.

Parágrafo

El Gerente o su suplente de los Fondos Ganaderos no podrán reelegirse por más de tres (3) períodos consecutivos.
