La Comisión de Personal de la Carrera, durante el primer trimestre de cada año, procederá a calificar al funcionario evaluando el informe del jefe inmediato a que se refiere el artículo anterior y de acuerdo con los factores previstos en el artículo 50 del Decreto-ley 2016 de 1968. Respecto a aquellos factores, se deberán calificar separadamente la disciplina, la lealtad, la redacción y la expresión oral. La calificación única -en la escala de 1 a 100- deberá ser el resultado de promediar objetivamente y durante un año los diferentes factores contemplados en el artículo 50 del Decreto-ley 2016 de 1968. La calificación mínima aprobatoria será aquella superior a 60 puntos.
