º. Cobertura . Las entidades prestadoras de servicio público domiciliario de aseo deben garantizar la cobertura y la ampliación permanente a todos los usuarios de la zona bajo su responsabilidad, con las frecuencias establecidas en éste Decreto y las demás condiciones que determine la comisión de Regulación de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico.
